Reservation and No-Show Policy: Members who make a reservation for any CBSC program or event, to include, but not limited to: socials, Touristas, and Sub Clubs, for themselves or an eligible guest, will be held responsible for full payment/cost. Failure to pay will result in disciplinary action. Please refer to CBSC Bylaws, Article IX, Section 3 and

Article VI, Section 8.F for further details.

Child Attendance Policy: No children between the ages of six (6) months and seventeen (17) years will be in attendance at any General Membership program or Club function unless there is prior approval or it has been designated a Family Event, in accordance with CBSC Bylaws, Article XI, Section 5.

Participants are responsible for their own actions and release the CBSC, Carlisle Barracks, and the Government from any damages or injuries resulting from CBSC events and activities.
